Game Plus presents Game Show Stars
Every Wednesday Night Starting August 19th at The Lone Star Theater.
Get ready to compete, laugh, and test your skills at Game Show Stars — a weekly game show experience where YOU become the contestants!
Each night, two teams go head-to-head in a one-hour competition featuring three different game show-style challenges, with each challenge lasting approximately 20 minutes. Teams can have up to 8 players, so grab your friends, family, coworkers, or teammates and get ready for a night of fun and friendly competition!
Player Fee: $15 per person
Teams: Up to 8 players per team
Audience Admission: Free — come cheer on the teams and enjoy the show!
Space is limited, so reserve your spot early!
Players can purchase tickets online in advance to secure their spot. If spaces are still available, in-person sign-ups will be accepted at The Lone Star Theater before each game session.

The Elaborate Entrance of Chad Deity follows the life of wrestler Macedonio Guerra. As a lifelong fan, he has followed wrestling only to become a "jobber," one who is paid to lose to bigger-name stars in the ring. Macedonio meets Vigneshwar Paduar, a young Indian man from Brooklyn, who he wants to team up with. The wrestling execs go for it, but pitch them as "terrorists" in the ring. Macedonio and Vigneshwar find a way to push the personas to the limits and say what needs to be said. Unspoken racism, politics, and courage are all woven into this play that leaves it all on the mat.

Palabrandar Theatre Company presents Real Women Have Curves
Real Women Have Curves (Josefina López) is a heartfelt, comedic drama set in 1987 East L.A., where Ana García, a brilliant Mexican-American young woman, balances her dream of college with the urgent realities of family obligation in her sister’s struggling sewing shop. As immigration fears loom, body image and self-acceptance collide with cultural expectations and a mother-daughter power struggle.
